About Me – Empowering ABA Practitioners & Transforming Lives With 14 years of experience in early childhood development, education, and leadership, I have dedicated my career to supporting children with developmental delays and behavioral challenges. At the height of my leadership journey, I managed a team of 32 teachers, overseeing the care and education of over 150 children. Over the past four years, I transitioned into the medical field, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support, where I focus on individualized skill-building and behavior intervention plans. My expertise bridges both educational and clinical settings, giving me a comprehensive perspective on early intervention, family collaboration, and effective behavior strategies. I work closely with families, educators, and professionals to create meaningful, evidence-based solutions that promote independence, communication, and positive outcomes for children.
